Return Policy

Well to start off, as of today we have yet to have anyone wish to return one of our Bowser Go-Potty’s! Once a dog lover brings our product into their home they completely embrace it and wonder how they ever lived without it. As for our return policy we are sad to say that our return policy is once you purchase the product its yours, their is no returning it. We have this policy for sanitary reason. We hold the safety of your pet in our highest regards and would never resell our indoor potty without knowing for sure that it has never been used.
